Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Transactions go trough very secure payment gateway with encrypted protocol and your credit card information can not be seen. We do not keep or save any credit card information. The payments go trough banking payment system which is linked with our website.
Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
Just choose the model(s) you want and click add to cart. You will see from your right side a cart with the product. After clicking the checkout you will be transferred for your information and payment option.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
After the order is placed you can not cancel or change it.
Do I need an account to place an order?
In general you do not need an account to order. Making an account has its own advantages. One is that you will receive when new model will be added. Also you will have discounts on some selected products especially if you need our engineering service.
How Do I Track My Order?
Since this is a virtual part it is not shipped and there is no tracking option. You receive a link to download it. The link is for one download and expires for 3 days.
How Can I Return a Product?
There is no returning of the purchased models. See the Terms of Downloading page.
